This documentary takes a look at the lifespan and intellectual evolution of “Hamid Naficy” a professor at Northwestern University in Illinois and explores some concepts such as immigration, homeland and home. Hamid Naficy is a cinema researcher and author of the books “Documentary Film” and “Social History of Iranian Cinema”.
